Is This Mitt Romney's "John Kerry" Moment?

Remember when Republicans made fun of John Kerry for claiming he was a "lifelong hunter"? Well, Mitt Romney has taken a page directly out of the Kerry playbook, and made the same claim. The only problem is that Romney has only been on hunting trips twice in his life, once when he was 15, and the last time in 2006 with Republican donors. What's next? Windsurfing or maybe snorkeling? I think one of the candidates should climb into the heart of an active volcano. Now that would be a photo opp!

John Kerry - We Hardly Knew Ye

Well, the Republicans (and Swift Boat Veterans) won't have John Kerry (D - MA) to kick around come election time. In a move that probably surprised no one, the former Democratic presidential nominee has decided to hang up his running shoes, announcing today he will not seek the nomination come '08. Does this mean I will finally stop receiving your e-mails, Mr. Kerry? God, I hope so.
