After hearing a tearful woman's unusually sorrowful plea to end the Iraq War at a town hall meeting in New Hampshire, Barack Obama responded, "So I make a solemn pledge to you, as president we will be out of Iraq." That's good news for NH voters, where ending the war is the top issue for voters.
