New York Moves Primary to Feb 5 - Could Help Clinton, Giuliani

New York has decided to hold its presidential primary on February 5, just three weeks after the once all-important Iowa caucus. This date, which is a full month ahead of the previous March 4 date, will potentially be of great benefit to the two prominent New Yorkers in the race, Hillary Clinton and Rudy Giuliani, who pushed for the measure to pass.
