Republican Senator Chuck Hagel of Nebraska, a sharply outspoken critic of the Bush war policy to this point, will announce on Monday whether he plans to run for president in 2008. If he runs, I think it is safe to say Hagel will be a nice foil for Democratic Senator Joe Biden (DE).
