Democratic Senator Christopher Dodd from Connecticut today, on Imus in the Morning, no less, officially announced his candidacy for '08. He aims to focus on education, energy policy, and health care, in addition to Iraq, which he voted for in '03 but now says was a mistake. Good luck, Chris!
