Democratic Connecticut Senator Joe Biden is going to announce the formation of a presidential exploratory committee on Wednesday. I think Mr. Biden just likes to hear himself speak, because I can't imagine he realistically has any kind of chance in the already too-crowded field of Democrat nominee wannabes.
