It is being reported that a lawyer working at Bracewell & Giuliani is a paid lobbyist for Citgo, the Venezuelan oil company controlled by Hugo Chavez. Well, the tie here is fairly insubstantial, but considering Rudy has such a big lead in the polls right now, I suppose any quirky story like this stands a slight chance of pulling him back down to earth.
